Community Guidelines

LR Seamsters only works when Boutiques and Seamstresses treat each other with respect, honesty, and professionalism. These guidelines apply to everyone on the platform.
Be respectful
Speak to other users the way you would want to be spoken to. Harassment, slurs, insults, threats, or discrimination of any kind will result in account suspension.
Be honest
Represent your skills, portfolio, and business truthfully. Do not misrepresent materials, turnaround times, or prices. Do not post fake reviews.
Communicate clearly and promptly
Respond to messages within a reasonable time (aim for 24 hours on weekdays). If a delay comes up, tell the other party as soon as you know.
Keep transactions on the platform
All payments must flow through LR Seamsters. Moving a job off-platform to avoid fees hurts the community and removes the protections of our dispute process. Accounts that do this will be banned.
Protect privacy
Do not share another user's contact information, photos, or conversations outside the platform without their permission.
Report problems
If something feels wrong — a scam, a safety concern, a broken feature — report it from the app or email support@lrthreads.com. We review every report.
